Office information

As I have noted before my sessions are scheduled for 3 hours long and I charge a per session fee vs a per hour fee.  Therefor if a three hour session takes 3 hours or 2 hours it is the same fee. 

I may be available by phone Monday through Friday 9am-5pm give or take a holiday.  My office hours are Tuesdays 930am-1230pm and 130pm-430pm Wednesdays 930am-1230pm, 200pm-500pm, 500pm-800pm and Thursdays 930am-1230pm, 200pm-500pm, and 500pm-800pm.  Any appointments that must be made outside of my normal office hours for crisis or inability to coordinate within my office hours will be charged at a higher rate per session. 

I am able to take Master Card, Visa, and Discover.  I can also take checks and cash.  There is a fee for checks that are returned.  I do not take any form of insurance or Employee Assistance Programs.  We can provide the forms necessary for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Also I work only with individuals and do not provide couples counseling, marriage counseling or family therapy.  I see clients from high school and up.
