Rejuvenation

I'm back.  Didn't realize I was gone huh?  I was.  I took a week off and attended a training, well 2 trainings actually that took up about three days.  The rest of the time I was relaxing and re-connecting with some friends in the business. 
Where did I go?  I attended the Heal the Healer Retreat in Ft. Walton Beach FL.  Now don't get too excited...it was windy and chilly in FL so I didn't hang out on the beach and soak up the sun.  I did however sleep well, laugh often, and enjoy lots of quiet time which gave me space to read. 
In other words I'm back, feeling better, and excited about the sessions I have on the book for this month!
