It's my honor

As Memorial Day quickly approaches I want to express my gratitude for those who have fallen while serving our country.  I would also like to express my gratitude for those who have served our country and are still with us.  Many who have served our country, especially while serving in combat and various battles return home with more than they left with.  Sometimes they are dealing with anxiety, insomnia, nightmares, flashbacks, feeling as though they are on "red alert", anger, grief, and guilt.  These issues can and many time are diagnosed are Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, or PTSD.
Many think there is no effective long term treatment for PTSD outside of medications and learning to "cope" with it.  I suggest how about scheduling an appointment with an RRT who can utilize the perfect language to get the brain to effectively integrate the trauma one has survived!  Yes that's right, it's possible for our soldiers to have their PTSD effectively, painlessly, and quickly have their PTSD symptoms cleared.
It's always MY honor to work with a Veteran.  I know many other RRT therapists across the USA feel the same.  If you are located in Missouri please feel free to give me a call or e-mail (573-754-0348 tara@mylifecoachtara.com) If you are outside of Missouri you can click here to find someone or call 1-80-587-2623 and Lynne will help you connect with an RRT close to you!
Be well, Be happy-
