The best feeling in world is seeing someone smile and knowing that you were the reason why.
I don't have a clue who this quote is by but I happened upon it on Facebook a few weeks back and well it struck a cord with me. And of course that cord has to do with Rapid Resolution Therapy®. How so you ask? Well it's the end result, for any client, of a session with an RRT therapist. Clients walk out of RRT sessions like they are walking on air. Most of my clients end a session by giving me the biggest bear hug and usually will e-mail a little while later saying how amazing it is to be where they are now emotionally.
Which leads me to this...what does one get from an RRT session? How are they changed, what are the benefits? It's a tad difficult to answer these questions because of the benefits of RRT are lasting, sometimes subtle, and many notice continued change even years later. (I know I do) Basically if someone comes into a session having been disabled due to panic attacks they leave panic attack free, feeling light, joyful, and grateful for giving RRT a chance. (So many people come to RRT after many other forms of counseling have failed to fix the problem they came in for) Someone may come in with having had a nagging sense of anxiety, worry, and fear and leave feeling comfortable in their skin, refreshed, and confident. Others come in having been lost in grief for many years and leave with a renewed sense of connection with their loved one(s). They can see the wonderful things going on in their life currently and be peaceful and calm about things that have transpired. Other times though it's this quiet ability to make decisions easily, and float through stressful situations that prior to their RRT session would have left them emotionally drained. Within that subtle change is the ability to see when and how to better manage life experiences.
Again, these subtle and obvious changes continue to happen months and years after the actual session. But best of all, at the end of a session I get the honor of seeing these amazing smiles come across my clients' faces and later hear how that smiled was passed on to their friends, family, and even their co-workers.
Be well, Be happy-

Sometimes smile helps to cure the others emotions.Smile means not just a laughing; It is the emotion that attach us with the others.
