A quote that reminds me of Rapid Resolution Therapy

As many of you know Rapid Resolution Therapy is what I'm loving in my professional life. I came across this quote which reminded me of why I do what I do for a living:
"Living your epitaph may be the most important ingredient for inner peace and serenity. When you actively align your choices with your life's purpose and goals, you live more honestly, more courageously, and with greater integrity, and these virtues bring with them powerful freedom." -Most Good, Least Harm By Zoe Weil
I find this so true, I feel more grounded doing the work I am with RRT. I am very honest with those around me, more than I was before, I left insurance panels behind and have gone to a "cash only" private practice in a time when many question my choice and ability to make this work. And lastly I feel very free to be the counselor I always wanted to be. A dear friend once told me he sees this underlying need for me to always have freedom, he is so spot on!
So with that I raise a cyber glass up to salute Rapid Resolution Therapy and all the positives it has brought me so that I may share them with others!
Be well, Be happy-Tara S. Dickherber, M.Ed, CPCDigg!

I'm happy for you. I do agree that aligning our choices with our life purpose and goals make life meaningful and more liveable for us since we are more open to accept challenges that coincide with the path we choose to take. Actually, once we make choices that go against our goals the resulting outcome would only lead to complication and frustration.
