I love lists. I love checking off my tasks on my to do list. I feel great when that happens. When things get hectic and crazy I make more lists. So during the holidays you will see my schedule fill up and see me check those things off. It helps to keep me grounded and focused. Try it out this holiday season, make time for yourself, schedule your self into your calendar, mark down everything else, break tasks into smaller ones, and cross them off as you succeed with each one. Give yourself a reward after a busy, hectic day- a bubble bath, sit outside and look at the stars, something healthy and satisfying. If you store everything up in your head and don't put it down the tendency is it will get all jumbled up and you'll be even more stressed out. Make lists, give your mind some space to breath and relax.
