Holiday stress suggestion

My first and number 1 suggestion: say NO! There is no reason you have to say yes to every possible party, event, activity, errand, baking thingy, that is going to come your way this holiday season. Shoot if there's a family gathering you just have no desire to go to, say No!
It's not always easy to say no. It gets easier the more you try it. Seriously, it does. I say no to people all the time. Frankly it's amazing how well it works and feels; and amazing how respectful people become about you and your life when you do.
So from this point forward, say no to some holiday stuff!
Be well, Be happy-

AMEN sister! I learned several years ago how to say no when my parents got divorced. I felt like I was being pulled in a million different directions during the holidays, and it got to the point where I was depressed during the holidays. How ridiculous! I finally just started saying no and doing whatever I felt like doing. And it feels so good!
