My Mess
There's another Life Coach I know, via the internet, that I respect and enjoy following. She recently had a blog post about personal mess. I was very intrigued by this post, yet couldn't fully wrap my brain and emotional self around it. Until this weekend. I had a little light bulb moment. DING! My mess makes me who I am. My current mess is just part of my journey towards creating the life my family and I desire. My mess in the past has created the independent, out-spoken, goof ball that I am today. And I am pretty sure I will have some type of mess in my future. My mess now is a lot more organized and tolerable than my mess in the past. As I move forward on my path my mess will continue to shrink and evolve. My mess may not be what someone else calls a mess, and it might be a bigger mess when another person views it. It is, however, my mess thus my journey. What kind of "mess" do you have and what can you do to lighten the load and move towards the life you desire?
