That's a different way to view things that have been running around in your mind. It's not the situation(s) but your mind's response to it. Our mind creates painful emotions in response to situations. Those emotions also have thoughts about the situation, or yourself, or other people involved in that situation(s). And the thing is typically that situation(s) isn't even going on right now. It happened days, months, years, sometimes decades ago.
Those painful emotions are your mind's way of trying to get you to do something about that situation(s) that's not even happening now. Those thoughts are usually a meaning our mind added to what happened. Meanings are always distorted and 100x worse than what happened. Through Accelerated sessions with Rapid Resolution Therapy® those painful emotions can be eliminated and those thoughts can be changed.
