Meditation

I recently came across a few articles on the benefits of meditation.  I know I typically blog about anxiety, anger, grief, guilt/shame, or trauma; today I wanted to share these articles.  Basically over and over it is being found on many levels how beneficial meditation can be.  In this article you will learn how meditation has helped Veterans with PTSD.  And in this article you will learn how meditation can aid in emotional processing.
