New future

Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending. - Maria Robinson
The truth is the past no longer exists.  Sure we can all conceive of many ways that the past could have happened, or should have happened, or if we knew then what we know now how we would have done it differently- but there's no way to make that happen.  And this small idea, which seems so obvious, is something that traps our mind into a place of stuckness.  This is something I can quickly, effectively, and painlessly fix for my clients when they come to see me.
I know, many of you are saying why the heck for, we all know we can't go back in time?  Stop and think for a moment about a troubling concern, something that happened maybe not even too far in the past...how often have you reexamined that experience with those would of's, should of's, and could of's...even if those questions aren't about you but maybe someone else's behavior?  And as you think about that moment, done and over with now, what feelings do you notice are coming up?  Are they feelings that make you feel warm and fuzzy or frustrated, upset, and well something other than say happy and grateful?  That's something that I can clear up, clean up and get your mind back on track so that it's totally possible to make a new ending!
Be well, Be happy-
