The 411 part 2

What's the point of clearing out a trauma?  Well like I noted in a previous post when something happens that traumatic it leaves an impression on our subconscious mind.  Our subconscious mind then creates emotions to try to motivate us to do something, usually about the traumatic event that happened.  Those emotions then influence our behaviors and reactions to our environment.  Typically people realize that those emotions and behaviors are not working to their best advantage.
When I clear out the trauma then my clients begin to feel much better, very quickly like before they even walk out my door, and then with their emotional mind in a state that is more advantageous for them their behaviors and reactions immediately begin to change as well.  Their are able to see what is possible and beneficial for them as well as for others round them.  They can act on those thoughts in a way that is also possible and beneficial.
Here's the thing with RRT it's not like you feel better now for a short time.  Ever had a conversation with someone and you felt great after telling them about a problem your having but just a bit later that problem starts to haunt you again?  Or have you ever had a traumatic event happen and every once in a while it creeps into your awareness and well...haunts you?  With RRT those things are cleared out, cleaned up, organized and filed away so that they are unable to haunt you.  You will see them in a very different light without all the emotional stuff weighing you down.  So you don't walk out of my office feeling better for a short amount of time, it lasts, in fact your mind will continue to update and organize it's self even without me being around.
Be well, Be happy-
