Cha-cha-changes 2

Well things have shifted again in my professional life.  I have just been offered a different position within the IRRT family, in fact if this go through I will NOT be a Social Media Director, I will be an Executive Director of a portion of the IRRT.  I'm just kind of like in shock about how this has dramatically changed in such a short time, yet the new position seems like a much better fit for me...
