Long story short I was promised tow free airline tickets that I had to arrange through a company called ETTSI Travel Network. I won't go into how I was connected to this company because the company that connected me was very thoughtful and helpful. However I put in the necessary paperwork to receive my tickets and 2 months later no tickets. I e-mailed them, called and left several messages, e-mailed some more. Finally I literally just stayed on the phone until I spoke to a live person. That person then put me on hold and hung up on me. I called back, she actually called me back. She then in forms me if I will just take a plain piece of paper and put on there where I want to go and when I want to go, 60 days from the day I fax it, that then all will be taken care of. Now I had ALREADY gone through put in my request 60 days prior to my desired departure only to get the silent treatment from them.
I then called the company back who connected me to this travel company and they apologized several times, told me they had several complaints and now work with another company so they are sending out a new packet for me to review.
Bottom line if you have a chance to work with ETTSI DON'T! Run don't walk away. Their customer service is terrible and you will be left with less than you started with.
