I have taken a per diem job at a hospital outpatient program. I don't have set days, there's no benefits, but the hourly pay is fair. Well yesterday I had a minor run in with a co-worker who's on her way to becoming the boss. Yes, I left work angry. I quickly rebounded and got my mind wrapped around my side of the situation. Today I was working with a client and we were discussing how RRT pertains to others in our life.
Now I went to bed last night with a plan of what I wanted to say to this co-worker in an effort to find some working relationship between us. As I'm aiding my client all that RRT training and my own experience on the couch with Dr. Connelly just started firing and BAM I have a whole new attitude about it, I feel amazing; well I feel calm, grounded, energized, and peaceful.
Bottom line this variation of therapy works, and just keeps on working!

RRT, the more and more I read up on it from you, sounds like it is a terrific way of dealing with conflict resolution, and dealing with day to day stress. We all have problems, stresses and difficulties in life and having some type of coping mechanism is a blessing in dark!
I can't wait to read more of your posts. One day I will get up enough courage to pick your brain.
Have a great day!
