Rapid Resolution Therapy Conversion

Today I was able to convert a client to the amazing process of Rapid Resolution Therapy. This particular client I have worked with for about a year and a half. When I first starting working with this person I had NO IDEA RRT existed. When I became more comfortable with my new found love (RRT) I encouraged said person to give it a try. Not interested and was actually told he had worked with such therapists in the past. I agreed to maintain the way we had been working together, mainly because he had been talking about ending counseling soon. In fact he had an idea of when to end, and it seemed appropriate.
Well two weeks ago he asked if it would be possible to go from ending counseling to increasing his frequency. I said sure, with the knowledge we were going to change HOW we had been going about the sessions. This client has been depressed most of his life, he also has been angry and fearful most of his life.
He came in today. In an hour he announced he felt like he had been wiped clean of all those un-welcomed feelings. That's an amazing thing to be responsible for. Clearing out emotional junk that has been there for decades, and only in an hour's time. The mental health field of professionals is a big one, the wave conversion to Rapid Resolution Therapy is upon us!
Be well, Be happy-
