The biggest thing to get when your utilizing
Rapid Resolution Therapy is a good connection with your client. What happens in training for RRT is that we get connections with each other. I felt compelled to tell you about an AMAZING woman I have connected with. Counseling is a second career for her, how ever she's an incredible clinician. Many of us do RRT in the context of therapy or coaching, so we're talking hour long sessions if not longer. Valerie however works at an ER, in a not so great neighborhood in Chicago. She transforms lives in like 5-15 minutes. I am always amazed at her stories of how she takes this process and just clears things out for patients in such a short short time. So here's my shout out to my friend Valerie!
Be well, Be happy-
