As I have posted lately I am in the process of getting trained in
Rapid Trauma Resolution. I just finished a weekend long advanced training in which I also scheduled a private session with Dr. Jon Connelly who is the mastermind behind this whole thing. Within an hour and half he had cleared out my emotional junk that I had spent years trying to over come. And I'm left feeling so grounded, calm, and peaceful. Previously just thinking about certain things would leave me feeling mad, sad, or anxious. Now when I think about them their just memories with no emotion attached. When I have been faced with similar situations that usually brought up those emotions I just handled the problem with ease, comfort, and confidence. I'm even more sold on this technique and am so excited to share my new skills with others!
