An organized holiday?

Yes more tips, suggestions, and education about taking care of yourself so you can care for others!
1) Determine the people and things you value during the holiday season. Set your goals and schedule around those values. Value numero uno- YOU!
2) Prioritize your most important goals: Write those goals down and post it where you can refer to it daily, and your fridge is not a good idea. Try your bathroom mirror or door. Refer to it as you make out your weekly and daily schedule.
3) Keep your key info in one place that you can carry with you. Include your appointments, tasks, contacts, gift list, budget, reciepts, health and fitness tracker. Today we have Blackberries, iphones, etc. Pretty handy tools to carry most of that info with you.
4) Plan out 20 minutes at the start if each week: Create a quiet, interruption free zone so you can review your schedule and set up your goals and tasks for the week.
5) Plan for 10-15 minutes daily: for YOU! Be realistic with your time, celebrate your accomplishments and track your progress.
6) Focus on getting work done so you can take time off: This is the old leave work at work and home at home. Try to get as much done at work so you can focus on family, friends, and such when you are with them.
7) Take time for self-renewal and personal well-being: Just a reminder here, some things will just have to go undone. Plus this is an ideal time to make sure you continue your exercise routine, and eat healthy as much as possible. Do something relaxing often, prayer, meditation, go for walks, pet your pets, practice yoga...
Can you do these things? Yes you can. Why? Because your worth it!
