Stress

Stress is a terrible thing, but can not be fully avoided. There is good stress: pregnancy, parties, moving to a better place. It can, and seems to be more so, bad stress. I worked in a job for four and a half years that almost did me in. Why did I stay you ask? It took me a while to find a new job. A job that I took knowing I would make a lot less money, but so much less stress. I left that job when my boss left and asked me to follow him. That job, well I met so many people that I am still friends with today. It was still stressful though. Now I am so honored to work for myself and stay at home with my munchkin. What I have found is my mind is so much quieter and I have a much more open mind. My moods are better, my health is better, and my husband is happier too. Sometimes we have to tolerate the stress while we search for new and better ground. It is possible. Is there a stressful part of your life that you need to move away from?

Important post!

Again for me it is balancing being at my desk, meeting deadlines in work and getting out into nature.

It's extra stress right now getting my book ready for publication. although I work for myself, it's still jammed packed. I think what I need to do is sit down and make a clear list of priorities. I usually do that but have got so caught up in work I've not had time to stop and do it.

And then I need to regulate my time and make sure I fit in time out for myself no matter what!

This is a great reminder.
